Data collected and purposes
Contact form: name, email, optional phone number and message, to answer your request (pre-contractual measures). Groups form: contact details, dates, number of guests and message, to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures). Online booking: made on the SiteMinder booking engine, to carry out your reservation (contract). Audience measurement and advertising: only with your agreement (consent).
Retention periods
We apply the usual periods recommended by the CNIL (French data protection authority): 3 years after the last contact for a request with no follow-up (prospect); for the whole duration of the relationship for a customer, then for the time required by legal (notably accounting) obligations; 13 months at most for measurement and advertising cookies and for storing your choice.
Recipients and processors
Your data is read by the hotel team. It passes through our service providers: FormSubmit (form delivery), SiteMinder (booking), OVH (website hosting, France). If you accept cookies, Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta receive browsing data; these companies may process it outside the European Union, notably in the United States, under the Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and trackers used
Without consent (necessary): migny_consent (local storage, stores your choice); migny_lang (cookie, 1 year) and migny-lang / migny_lang_v2 (local storage) for your chosen language.
Only with your agreement, loaded through Google Tag Manager: Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement); Google Ads, Conversion Linker and remarketing (campaign measurement, advertising); Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram measurement and advertising); embedded Google Maps. If you decline, none of these tools is loaded and the website works normally.
