TERMS OF SALES

APPLICATION  These General Terms and Conditions apply to sales transactions concluded by Hotel Migny.

ARTICLE 1: COMMITMENT The customer undertakes to respect and enforce all the provisions set out in the general conditions of sale, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and the conditions applicable will be those in effect on the date of the booking

ARTICLE 2: CAPACITY All clients acknowledge that they have the capacity to contract, that is to say to have the legal majority and not to be under curatorship or under tutelage.

ARTICLE 3: TERMS OF BOOKING The rates are in euros (€) per room per night, taxes and service included. City tax is not included and cost €5,20 per person per night. The rates mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price mentioned in the booking confirmation is contractual. The reservation will be effective only if the customer guarantees his reservation, by communicating a valid bank card number and its expiration date which must be valid at the time of the stay. Hotel Migny reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of the credit card number being incorrect or the reservation incomplete. Upon registration of the reservation, a debit authorization of the credit card will be made. It will only be a pre-authorization and not a debit. Warning: Prepayment of the stay will be required for all non-refundable reservations. No reason whatsoever can not be raised to cancel or modify a non-refundable reservation. For stays longer than or equal to 5 nights, prepayment may be claimed. All reservations of more than 5 rooms must be confirmed by email at direction@hotelmigny.com.

ARTICLE 4: PROVISION OF THE ROOMS Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

ARTICLE 5: CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION: Please check conditions of sale before to confirm your reservation

-If the reservation is made on our official website www.hotelmigny.com it is advisable to cancel it by clicking on "modify or cancel a reservation". You can also cancel your reservation with the hotel by email at reservation@hotelmigny.com or by phone at +331 48 78 59 97. No charge will be applied if the reservation is canceled 2 days before the arrival date, Before 2 pm (Paris time). After this period, the first night will be charged. The date of receipt of the cancellation request (by mail, mail, telephone, fax) will be the date chosen for the effective cancellation of the reservation. In case of no show of the client at the hotel and in the absence of cancellation, the amount of the 1st night will be invoiced. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-18 4 ° and L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to accommodation and / or catering services which must be Provided at a specified date or time.

-When the reservation is non-refundable / non-modifiable, no cancellation or modification will be possible for any reason whatsoever.

ARTICLE 6: CONDITION OF REGULATION The payment of all services will be made directly with the Hotel Migny on arrival (except for reservations pre-payable at the time of booking). The tourist tax of 1.88 € / pers / night must also be paid on arrival.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY In the event of a force majeure (strike, war, etc.), exceptional event or technical or organizational problems in the hotel making the client's stay impossible, the hotel will make every effort to find accommodation Alternatively, if possible in a hotel of the same or higher category. Expenses of displacement (extra charge) will be borne by the hotel except in case of force majeure as detailed above.

ARTICLE 8: COMPUTERS AND FREEDOMS Pursuant to Law 78-17, known as data processing and freedoms, customers are advised that their reservation is the subject of a computerized nominative treatment. Users have the right to access and rectify the data entered, which is exercised at the registered office of the company. The customer agrees to be part of the customer's hotel file. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.

ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS Any complaint must be addressed by registered mail to: HOTEL MIGNY - 13 RUE VICTOR MASSE, 75009 PARIS, FRANCE at the latest 15 days after the departure date. After this deadline, no complaint can be taken into account.

ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBILITY INSURANCE The hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss, degradation of effects belonging to customers during their stay. The customer shall be held responsible for any damage, degradation, vandalismDue to occupancy of the premises and / or the fact of the participants and / or the staff of which he is responsible, to the movable, decoration and real estate belonging or not belonging to the hotel. ARTICLE 12: HOTEL STAY Stay at the hotel In accordance with French regulations, The client will be asked to present a piece of identification on arrival at the hotel in order to verify its origin. ARTICLE 17: DISPUTES AND MEDIATION In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, in the absence of an amicable agreement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which Hotel Migny belongs, namely the Médiation Tourisme et Voyage, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint sent to the professional.

ARTICLE 19: TOURIST TAX (CITY TAX) The purpose of the tourist tax is to help the municipalities that collect it to finance the expenses linked to tourist numbers and the protection of natural areas that can accommodate holidaymakers. The holidaymaker must pay the tourist tax to the landlord. The landlord must then pay the totality of this tourist tax to the City of Paris. The tourist tax rate is 5,20€ per adult per night.

ARTICLE 19: NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Client is reminded that, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
