The Eiffel Tower is "THE" Parisian monument and one of the most known and visited attractions in the world. It is located on the left bank of the Seine in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

The Eiffel Tower is the symbol of Paris and is considered by many to be one of the wonders of the world.

The tower was designed by engineers Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nouguier, two employees of Gustave Eiffel. The tower receives more than six million visitors each year and is therefore the most visited monument in the world. On November 28, 2002, the Eiffel Tower welcomed its 200 millionth guest.

On the first platform, there is an exhibition on the Eiffel Tower with pictures, paintings and information. With the elevator it is possible to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower (the staircase is not accessible to the public above the second platform). The information panels indicate which buildings can be seen from the Eiffel Tower. There is a unique view of Paris.

The Eiffel Tower is 317 meters high up to the top of the mast without counting on the television antennas. With television antennas, the tower is 324 meters high. Depending on the ambient temperature, the tower can change 15 cm in height by developing or shrinking the metal. The tower has four legs; There are platforms at different levels. The tower weighs 7300 tons (excluding foundation). After construction, the Eiffel Tower was the tallest tower in the world and remained the tallest tower in Europe in 126 years, with the exception of television towers.
